Increase stitch

        Increase stitch is make two single stitches in the same hole, that is all.

Round 1

 Crocheters love abbreviations, so in pattern speak, that's written as:

inc ，sc x 4，{sc4tog} ,sc x 4，inc

Since the pattern is: sc --  single crochet,

inc --  increase crochet,

{sc4 tog} --  4 single crochet together,(4 single crochet into the same stitch)

(16)  means the total stitches.
