Before we gong Round 15, we need to know the decrease (dec) stitch.

Decreasing in Single Crochet, dec (This pattern is written in US terminology)

*Joining two single crochet stitches together at the top to make it become one stitch is the way that you decrease in single crochet. This tutorial teaches you step-by-step on how to decrease in single crochet.
